Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within the following timeframes (excluding weekends and bank holidays):

  • Non-bespoke items: 5–7 working days

  • Bespoke clothing orders: 10–14 working days

  • Custom signage orders: 7–14 working days

Please note that processing times begin from the date of order confirmation (and artwork approval where applicable).

Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a suitable alternative courier using a 24–48 hour tracked service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or peak periods.

Urgent & Non-Standard Orders

If your order is urgent or requires a non-standard turnaround time, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss available options and confirm feasibility.

Dispatch Confirmation

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Additional Information

  • Delivery times are in addition to processing times.

  • Bespoke and custom-made items cannot be expedited unless agreed in advance.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
